I keep coming back to this one. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Solid, if not essential.
Exactly what I was looking for. A text you study rather than simply read. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Recommended with reservations.
