If a book is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — no reason required. We only ask that it comes back in resellable condition: unmarked pages, undamaged cover, original packaging where applicable.

How to return
- Email support@esotericabooks.com with your order number and the title you'd like to return.
- We will reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address.
- Ship the book back. Once it is received and inspected, we issue your refund.
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving the return; the exact posting time depends on your bank. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover everything.
Exceptions
- Sealed tarot and oracle decks can be returned only unopened (once the seal is broken, the deck is yours — as tradition demands).
- Digital goods and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Special-order titles may take slightly longer to process.
