As someone who reads a lot in this field, I can be picky. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. Five stars from me.
Bought this as a gift for my sister and ended up ordering a second copy for myself. It's become a regular reference in my practice. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. My only quibble is the cover feels thinner than expected. Solid, if not essential.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Happy enough with the purchase.
