Arrived faster than expected and well packaged. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. It's become a regular reference in my practice. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. Every rereading turns up something I missed. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Recommended with reservations.
