I've read excerpts online before, but having the full text is different. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. It's become a regular reference in my practice. Definitely recommend.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Recommended with reservations.
This exceeded my expectations. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. Will be gifting a copy to a friend.
As someone who reads a lot in this field, I can be picky. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way.
