Long-time student of the esoteric here. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. Five stars from me.
Finally got around to ordering this. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition.
My book club chose this last month. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. Already eyeing my next order.
This edition finally does the material justice. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. It's become a regular reference in my practice. Great value for what you get.
My third book from this store and this one might be the best. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. Delivery took a bit longer than quoted. Solid, if not essential.
Needed this for my research. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in.
