Honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm impressed. I appreciated how the argument builds steadily from first principles. Five stars from me.
My book club chose this last month. A text you study rather than simply read. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. Deserves a place on any esoteric bookshelf.
This edition finally does the material justice. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. Deserves a place on any esoteric bookshelf.
Finally got around to ordering this. I appreciated how the argument builds steadily from first principles. It's become a regular reference in my practice. The font runs small in the appendices. Still worth having on the shelf.
