Finally got around to ordering this. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm.
I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. A text you study rather than simply read. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. A keeper.
Finally got around to ordering this. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. The symbolism is layered and generous to patient readers. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Happy enough with the purchase.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. Great value for what you get.

My third book from this store and this one might be the best. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. Recommended if you're ready to do the work.
