Took a chance on this and glad I did. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. Delivery took a bit longer than quoted.
This exceeded my expectations. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. Every rereading turns up something I missed. Will be gifting a copy to a friend.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. The symbolism is layered and generous to patient readers. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Good, with the caveats above.
