This exceeded my expectations. Every rereading turns up something I missed. Well worth it.
My third book from this store and this one might be the best. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared.
A friend in my study group recommended this one. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. The font runs small in the appendices. Good, with the caveats above.
First purchase from this shop. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. Some archaic spellings slow things down.
Arrived faster than expected and well packaged. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Solid, if not essential.
Added this to my reference shelf. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. A keeper.
