Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. I appreciated how the argument builds steadily from first principles. Would buy from this store again.
I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. It's become a regular reference in my practice. Shipping was quick too.
Added this to my reference shelf. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Solid, if not essential.
