This edition finally does the material justice. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. Recommended if you're ready to do the work.

My third book from this store and this one might be the best. A text you study rather than simply read. You can tell why this work has endured. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Solid, if not essential.
