My third book from this store and this one might be the best. The symbolism is layered and generous to patient readers. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Solid, if not essential.
First purchase from this shop. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. Great value for what you get.

Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. You can tell why this work has endured. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Good, with the caveats above.
