Finally got around to ordering this. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes.
Not my usual area but wanted to branch out. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. Definitely recommend.
Exactly what I was looking for. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in.

Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. Will be gifting a copy to a friend.
