Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. Great value for what you get.
Took a chance on this and glad I did. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. Already eyeing my next order.
