Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. The font runs small in the appendices. Happy enough with the purchase.
Grabbed this during a weekend order. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. Five stars from me.
I keep coming back to this one. It's become a regular reference in my practice. Delivery took a bit longer than quoted. Still worth having on the shelf.
This edition finally does the material justice. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious.
