Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. A keeper.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. Every rereading turns up something I missed. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. A keeper.
Arrived faster than expected and well packaged. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today.
This has been on my wishlist for months. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
