Arrived faster than expected and well packaged. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. Deserves a place on any esoteric bookshelf.
Grabbed this during a weekend order. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. Recommended with reservations.
Finally got around to ordering this. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. The font runs small in the appendices. Still worth having on the shelf.

This has been on my wishlist for months. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Happy enough with the purchase.
