A friend in my study group recommended this one. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today. A text you study rather than simply read. Will be gifting a copy to a friend.
Finally got around to ordering this. The symbolism is layered and generous to patient readers. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. The font runs small in the appendices. Good, with the caveats above.
My book club chose this last month. Every rereading turns up something I missed. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today. One of my better finds this year.
