Added this to my reference shelf. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. You can tell why this work has endured. Solid, if not essential.
Finally got around to ordering this. I appreciated how the argument builds steadily from first principles. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Still worth having on the shelf.
My third book from this store and this one might be the best. Every rereading turns up something I missed. Happy enough with the purchase.
