Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Finally got around to ordering this. It's become a regular reference in my practice. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Happy enough with the purchase.
Added this to my reference shelf. A text you study rather than simply read. If you're drawn to this subject, don't hesitate.
Bought this as a gift for my sister and ended up ordering a second copy for myself. You can tell why this work has endured. The symbolism is layered and generous to patient readers. One of my better finds this year.
Took a chance on this and glad I did. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text.
This edition finally does the material justice. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. Five stars from me.
