Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. Already eyeing my next order.
Not my usual area but wanted to branch out. A text you study rather than simply read. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Grabbed this during a weekend order. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. Shipping was quick too.
Came across this title in a footnote and had to track it down. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Still worth having on the shelf.
