My third book from this store and this one might be the best. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere.
Arrived faster than expected and well packaged. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. A keeper.

Exactly what I was looking for. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. The font runs small in the appendices.
I keep coming back to this one. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. One of my better finds this year.
