Grabbed this during a weekend order. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Happy enough with the purchase.
First purchase from this shop. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. A keeper.
Finally got around to ordering this. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. Some archaic spellings slow things down. Solid, if not essential.
Took a chance on this and glad I did. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Recommended with reservations.
I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. You can tell why this work has endured. Deserves a place on any esoteric bookshelf.
