Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. Every rereading turns up something I missed. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. One of my better finds this year.
This exceeded my expectations. Every rereading turns up something I missed. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Happy enough with the purchase.
I've read excerpts online before, but having the full text is different. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. It's become a regular reference in my practice. It assumes more background than a beginner might have.
